Spring 2011

 Little miss Claire pulling up on any type of furniture or person she can find.  She's also starting to walk around her music/learning table, along the couch and in her crib....she just wants to move!!

 Trying her first teething biscuit...as she's getting her 4 middle upper teeth in.  Ouch!

Catherine, almost 3 1/2 still needs her daily nap.  I skip it every once in a while and this day she was so dang tired from not having a nap that when I went up to put claire down for her nap, I came downstairs to find Catherine laying on a blanket on the floor, completely out!  She's holding the gingerbread men from Candyland that we played earlier.  Put her blanket on and let her sleep for a short while.  Too cute!

Claire 8 months old crawling & giggling!

She started crawling the week she turned 8 months (especially motivated by Catherine's toys or anything new that she hasn't seen before) and is now pulling herself up to stand, holding on to furniture and people.  We lowered her crib this past weekend and good thing we did because she usually wakes up rocking on all fours, sitting up or sometimes standing holding on to the crib. 

Claire also loves a good laugh and this is when she was watching daddy and sister do ring around the rosie.  Apparently, it was very funny!

What Claire has been up to...

I couldn't resist...Catherine has been bringing down all of her stuffed animals in the morning and putting them on the couch with all her dolls...put a cute baby in the middle and wham- your own E.T. photo! Can you find the real baby?!

As Claire is growing, Catherine is enjoying playing with her more and more. From making her laugh, reading to her, taking her on trips to Costco (she pulls the exersaucer while claire is in it!), singing to her, feeding her baby food and more, it's sure fun to see the beginning of sisterhood.
