Day 1 Operation: Get Rid of Binky....
she didn't have it when she woke up this morning so even though she asked for me to find it in her crib, I diverted her attention to breakfast and Elmo. She asked for it periodically throughout the morning, but having Kaylee here to play with helped quite a bit. Seriously, I think this is the first morning in I can't remember how long that she hasn't had the binky from waking up to nap time. Our goal is to narrow it down to only naps and bedtime and then in a month or so get rid of it completely so she has a few months before baby comes with a life with no binky! I just ordered some books for her too about saying bye bye to the binky- let's hope she gets the message since she loves reading so much. The binky has been her soothing comfort for quite a while now, so this won't be easy! Wish us luck.

Wow Shannon, best of luck. I am dreading that day with Brandon. He is hooked! How is your pregnancy going?
