Ready for winterWe're going on 8 + days with binky only at nap and bedtime! Sometimes I've just been offering her snacks, which is good because the skinny little thing needs to eat more!
Baby steps, I'm glad we've accomplished setting limits for when she can have the binky....now when I'm really brave I'll tackle taking binkies away all together.
We have a great dentist that we can call the day of to go and give all our binkies to so they can "give them to the babies at the hospital" and Catherine will get a little prize- how great! Hoping that will help connect for her too as she's talking more and more about being a big sister.
She's been doing really funny, cute things lately....
went into the bathroom yesterday and was there for awhile, Ryan checked on her and found her eating her strawberries in front of the mirror watching herself! She's been talking to herself in the mirror a lot lately- guess that kid looking back at her is pretty friendly!
Talking to her stuffed animals and babies, asking them if they want to go night night and then putting them in her little play crib and playing a lullabye for them
Reading to them and asking them to turn the pages
Saying "bless you" each time I cough, which has been a lot lately, and telling me this morning she will take me to the doctor because I'm sick
