Claire's first time seeing our Christmas tree
Gingerbread time with Mom!I have to write down things that miss Catherine( 3 years old) is saying this holiday season so I can remember...or make her laugh when she's older!
- as we were looking at a star, I told her it was like the star that the wise men saw that helped them find baby Jesus on Christmas. "When I get to heaven (she got my attention there)...I am going to say peekaboo Jesus."
- after reading the story of Christmas over and over again, one morning she says "on Christmas I am going to ride a donkey to Bethlehem. Bethlehem is very, very far away."
- looking at the presents under the tree she spots one for a friend and says "I am going to give this present to kaylee and she will take it all the way to Jesus." (still a little confused with giving presents to other people on Jesus' birthday!)
- while listening to a christmas song, she points to the stereo and says "Jesus is in here".
